WHAT THEY WANTED |

Jennifer was looking for a real estate site like no other. She wanted to not only give her vitisors all of the information
they were seeking, but also to deliver it in a warm friendly style that would welcome people to her site. She wanted her
personality to come through in her site, to give visitors a good idea of what she was like before even meeting her.

OUR SOLUTION |

|
This site is a unique dance between form and function. Behind the scenes, we allowed visitors to search MLS listings
from the site by using the FAR's IDX system. Also, we randomly placed one of Jennifer's properties on her front page,
directly from the MLS info. Finally, we created 180 and 360 degree virtual tours,
so her visitors could view more of the propective
home, from the confort of their own.
To get the feel that she was after, we added a flash animation to the front page with warm expressions about the process of moving. We
also used a soothing blue and white layout to calm anxious visitors.
